Refund policy

From the date of delivery, you have 30 days to return your item(s). Products should be returned unused, undamaged and packaged in their original boxes.

If the refund request is approved, VCASO will initiate the refund process within 14 business days. 2.4. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  3. Non-Refundable Items: 3.1. Certain products or services may not be eligible for refunds, including but not limited to: - Digital downloads or software licenses - Personalised or custom-made products - Services that have already been performed or utilised - Gift cards or vouchers 3.2. VCASO reserves the right to refuse a refund for items falling under the non-refundable category.

  4. Partial Refunds: 4.1. In some cases, a partial refund may be offered based on the specific circumstances. The amount of the partial refund will be determined by VCASO. 4.2. The customer will be informed of the partial refund amount and the reason for the partial refund.

  5. Return Shipping: 5.1. If applicable, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs for physical products. 5.2. The customer must follow VCASO's return shipping instructions provided during the refund process.

  6. Changes to the Refund Policy: 6.1. VCASO reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
