These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by VCASO ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

  2. Services VCASO provide are a Helmet Case that will protect a race helmet to the best of its ability, the customers race helmet is still not 100% safe from damage, which could be intentional or unintentional and VCASO hold no liability to damaged good inside the helmet case. These services are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice.

  3. User Accounts 3.1 Registration In order to access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 User Responsibilities You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any unauthorised or unlawful activity or use our services in a manner that may impair their functionality or interfere with the rights of others.

Intellectual Property 4.1 Ownership All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, copyrights, and proprietary information, are the property of VCASO or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

4.2 User Content By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute any content you submit or upload to our platform. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

  2. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, VCASO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  3. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VCASO and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services or any breach of these Terms.
